Shipping Information

We ship all items using the United State Postal Service, and use their rates as well.

At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada.

If a product is purchased off our website, then it will be shipped out within 48 hours. You will receive an email with your tracking number. We use the address that you put in at checkout. We are not responsible if you put in a wrong shipping address.

Refunds

Please check order accuracy before you complete check out. Please note that while I have tried to accurately display the colors in our designs, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor & may not be accurate. This is due to electronic screen settings. 

Due to the nature of each item being handcrafted, I am unable to offer returns or refunds.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
